Tropical Storm Fay

Heard from my friends on Grand Cayman Island. Tropical storm Fay is kicking up the surf -- and all diving has been called off. Winds picking up, some rain, but it is clear that the storm will miss well to the north of Grand Cayman. Expect heavy seas, especially on the north and east side of the island.
